Nimbu paani with Monq
Ingredients:
- 1 large lemon (or 2 small lemons)
- 2 cups chilled water (or soda water for a fizzy version)
- 1.5 to 2 tablespoons Monq (adjust to taste)
- A pinch of black salt (kala namak)
- A pinch of roasted cumin powder (optional, for street-style flavor)
- Few mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Squeeze the lemon(s) into a glass or jug, making sure no seeds fall in.
- Add monq and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Add black salt and cumin powder; stir again.
- Pour chilled water (or soda water) into the glass.
- Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if you like.
- Taste and adjust — add more Monq or lemon juice depending on your preference.
- Serve immediately for the best refreshing taste!
